Part of our Sacred Serenity Collection, this statue was crafted 15–20 years ago by highly skilled Nepalese artisans deeply rooted in spiritual tradition. These older statues are known for their thicker copper casting and—if gilded—richer gold plating than modern counterparts, as artisans once used more abundant materials.
Created not just as decorative pieces but as devotional embodiments of sacred beings, each detail—from facial expression to posture—was guided by traditional iconographic scriptures, reflecting the artisan’s spiritual intention and devotion.

Although not an antique, this statue features a beautifully aged antique-style patina, meticulously applied to reflect the passage of time and evoke a sense of timeless reverence. The rich, weathered finish speaks of authenticity and sacred legacy.
✦ Crafted by the Lost-Wax Method
This Manjushri statue was made using the traditional lost-wax casting technique. Starting with a hand-carved wax model, a ceramic mold is created to capture every fine detail. Once cured, molten copper is poured into the mold, replacing the wax and forming the final sculpture. The outer shell is removed to reveal a stunningly detailed metal statue—each one unique and enduring.
