About Yellow Jambhala (Kubera)
Yellow Jambhala—also known as Dzambhala or Kubera—is revered as the God of Wealth in Buddhist and Hindu traditions. He is believed to be an emanation of Chenrezig (Avalokiteshvara), the Bodhisattva of Compassion, embodying both material prosperity and spiritual abundance. Among the five Jambhalas, the yellow form is especially associated with increasing wealth, removing poverty, and granting financial stability and good fortune.

Yellow Jambhala assumes a powerful, protective form to shield sentient beings from misfortune, spiritual obstacles, and negative karma. His presence serves not only as a magnet for wealth and resources but also as a protector of all dharma lineages and practitioners, offering blessings for both earthly well-being and inner transformation.

Silver-Plated with Chocolate Oxidized Finish
This Yellow Jambhala statue features a stunning dual-tone finish combining radiant silver plating with a rich chocolate-toned oxidation. This elegant treatment highlights the sculptural details, creating a striking contrast between shine and shadow.

While the silver-plated areas shimmer with reflective brilliance, the oxidized sections deepen the visual texture, evoking a sense of age, depth, and sacred mystique. The result is a visually dynamic and spiritually resonant statue that feels both ancient and timeless.

Gold Painted Face
The face of the Yellow Jambhala is intricately hand-painted with gold, particularly emphasizing the eyes and lips. This sacred process enhances the statue’s expressive features, allowing it to fully embody the divine presence and vitality of the deity.

In Buddhist tradition, painting the face is a consecratory act, imbuing the statue with life and energy. It symbolizes awakening, mindfulness, and reverence, ensuring the statue serves as a true object of devotion. This practice also reflects the artisan’s spiritual intention and dedication to detail.

Lost-Wax Casting Technique
This statue is expertly crafted using the lost-wax casting method, a revered technique in Himalayan metal art. The process begins with a hand-sculpted wax model, which is layered with a ceramic shell. Once hardened, the wax is melted out, leaving a mold that is filled with molten copper to form the final piece.

This ancient method ensures a high level of precision and artistry, capturing every delicate feature of Yellow Jambhala’s form. The final sculpture, once revealed, is one-of-a-kind—a timeless artifact of both craftsmanship and spiritual meaning.
